With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice D'Onofrio of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, born in Farrell, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 25, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Kuti and Theresa Kuti (Derego). She is survived by: her children, Rebecca D'Onofrio of West Middlesex and Augustus "Gus" D'Onofrio of Parma, OH; her granddaughter Isabella D'Onofrio; and her sister Donna Hildebrand of Hermitage.
The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to Sharon Region Health System Hospice, 1955 Shenango Valley Fwy, Hermitage, PA 16148.
