She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Silveira and Marjorie Wirt; her husband Robert T. Blair, Sr.; her daughter Dawn Hummell; and her sister Judy Cushman.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Keeley Jr. (Dove) of Hermitage, PA, Douglas Keeley (Tara) of Masury, OH, Denice Janosky (Gary) of New Wilmington, PA and Shyrlie Hamilla (Gregg) of Hermitage, PA; and her sisters, Jerri Dias (Wayne) and Jeanne St Clair. She is also survived by many Grandchildren and great grandchildren.
