He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. LaMantia, Sr. and Elizabeth "Betty" LaMantia (Schaffer); his brother David LaMantia; and his grandson Nathan Wilson. He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy LaMantia (Dennis McManus) and Nikki Wilson (Eric); his sister Susan O'Meara (Peter); and his grandchildren, Savannah, Amelia (Matthew McManus), Ryan and Seth (Ellyse Wilson).
