Hoffman (Hermitage, Pennsylvania), born in Brookville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 29, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Madeline Hoffman (Bennett) and Wayne Hoffman; his wife Betty R. Hoffman (Schott); his children, Sandra Gaines (Ray McKnight) of Hermitage, James Hoffman (Linda) of Brockway, Bob Hoffman of DuBois, Steve Hoffman (Debbie) of Dayton, Daniel Nettinger (Kim) of Wheatland and Gary Nettinger (Sabrina) of Georgia; his siblings, Betty Miller of Austin, Donna Dinger of Vermilion, Ohio, Bill Hoffman (Nikki) of Dubois and Jack Hoffman; and his granddaughter Heidi. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
