He was predeceased by: his parents, William Follmeyer and Grace Follmeyer (Bisby). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann Klapach; his children, Joan Follmeyer (Brian Eller), Sharon, Janet L. Reuter (Leonard), James E. Follmeyer and Jason H. Follmeyer; and his grandson David James Eller.
