He is survived by: his parent Laverne Gauchel (Carpenter); his wife Catherine Ewens; his children, Steph Gauchel (Jess Glasser) of Medford, MA, Susan Wilson and Patrick James Gauchel of Newark, OH; his son-in-law Duane Wilson of Hermitage; his grandchildren, Aurora, Faith, Morgan and Skylar Wilson; and his siblings, Mary Harter of Decatur, IL and Joseph Gauchel (Alan Tolentino). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
