He was predeceased by: his father Herman Firster; and his brother Robert "Bob" Firster (JoAnn). He is survived by: his wife Lois Ann Firster (Miller); his sons, David Firster (Michelle) of Mercer and Shawn Firster (Meghan) of Cranberry Twp; and his sister Pamela Vath (Russ Henry).
