He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Lane; his sons, Scott Benic (Dana) of Greentown, IN, Michael Benic (Danielle) and Bradley Benic (Deana) of Sioux City, IA; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Tyler, Bryce, Shelby, Lexi, Jonah, Logan and Tiffany. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
