She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Baker and Ethel Baker (Watkins); her husband Melvin Lilly; and her sister Leona Morgenstern. She is survived by: her sons, Melvin "Bud" Lilly (Ellen) of Darlington, PA and Jay Lilly (Martha) of Hermitage, PA. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
