He is survived by: his mother Mary Frances Radachy (Poltor) of Brookfield; his wife Sandra Vasconi; his sons, Dr. Joseph Radachy (Carlyn) of McKean, PA and Thomas Radachy (Kianna); his grandchildren, Elliot and Clarissa Radachy; and his siblings, Francine Radachy of Hermitage, Dave Radachy, Mike Radachy (Gwen) of New Castle, PA, Brian Radachy, Paul Radachy (Genie) of Norman, OK and Steven Radachy of Brookfield.
