He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Sefcik West; his children, Laura Kirkman (Kevin) of Niles, Ohio, Roseann Haller (Greg) of New Castle and Doug West Jr. (Amanda Beich) of Sharpsville; his grandchildren, Seth, Savanna, Anna, Hunter, Alicia and Isabella; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Silas and Londyn.
