She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Reighard and Mabel Reighard; her husband Ross E. Smouse; and her brother Donald Reighard. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Scott of Mt. Airy, MD, Jeanean Russell of Canton, OH, Donna Smouse of Tallahassee, FL and Shirley White (Thomas "Chip") of Hermitage, PA; and her grandchildren, Angela Scott, David Scott (Jessica), Troy Russell (Stacey) and Chris Russell. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
