With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy M. Richards (Hermitage, Pennsylvania), born in Sharon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 20, 2020 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy M. Richards to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Green and Hazel Green (Frye); her husband William Joseph Richards; her brother-in-law Raymond Horsman; and her nephew Scott Horsman.
She is survived by: her sons, William G. Richards of Howland Township and Terence A. Richards (Carie) of Hermitage; her grandchildren, Courtney Richards of Wilmington, NC and Allison Richards of Billings, MT; her sister-in-law Ruth Horsman of Hermitage; and her daughters, Sandy and Susie.
Due to the current pandemic restrictions, a private service will be held at 5 p. m. Wednesday, July 22, 2020, in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 E. State St., Sharon.
The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to Buhl Park, 715 Hazen Rd., Hermitage, PA 16148; or to the American Cancer Society.
