It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Basilone of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, born in Niles, Ohio, who passed away on January 25, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Brutka and Mary Brutka (Sennyk); her husband William A. Basilone, Sr.; her son William "Billy" Basilone, Jr.; her siblings, Katie Kocjan, Anne Miller, Nettie Juvancic, Jaye Pryor, Rose Leskovec, Patricia Yourchisin, Julia Brutka, Raymond Brutka and John "Bert" Brutka; and her grandson Westley William Basilone.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debby Balagna (Jerry) of New Castle, Beck Basilone, Mary Jo DePreta (Michael), Beth March (Steve) and Nanette Lehman (Michael); and her sister Mary DeMas (Minya) of McKinley Heights, OH. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
Due to concerns presented by the Covid-19 virus, all services will be held privately.
