It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Richard O'Conner of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 25, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. O'Conner and Olga E. O'Conner (Deertz); his wife Patricia O'Conner (Pat); his siblings, Eugene O'Conner, Charles O'Conner Jr., Elizabeth Palotes, Margaret Nicholson, Ginger Hancox, Dorothy Uber and Twila Bell; and his grandson Nicholas Rodgers.
He is survived by: his children, John Rodgers (Jill) of Hadley, PA, Tim Mathias (Kirt Edly) of Palm Springs, CA and Lori Bruce (Chris) of Defiance, OH; his grandchildren, Kami Rodgers-Toth (Dean), Maddie, Will, Jonny Rodgers, Eric and Kyle Phipps; his great grandchildren, Harrison, Kellan Toth, Adalae and Ensley Phipps; and his siblings-in-law, Irma O'Conner (Gene) and David Bell.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made in Don's memory to the Global Methodist Church 240 North Hermitage Rd Hermitage PA 16148, or a charity of the donor's choice.
