He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae Lewis (Melnizelk) and Glenn Lewis; and his sons, Randy Lewis and Russell Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Winifred Lewis (Greenawalt); his children, Tammy Lewis of Hermitage, Jeffrey Lewis (Jerry) of Campbell, OH, Michael Lewis (Stephanie) of Hermitage, PA, Lisa Lewis (Rebecca) of Sharon, PA and Stacey Stein (James) of Austintown, OH; and his sister Sandra Cobbler (Judd). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
