He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Henry W., Leona Williamson, Orville and Ruth Fraley. He is survived by: his parents, Michael E. and Lisa Fraley, Sr. (Williamson); his godparents, Robert, Barbara Wuagon of Levittown, PA and Lorri Williamson of Hermitage; and his pet Dino. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
