It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel K. Bittler (Hermitage, Pennsylvania), born in Sharon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Bittler and Mildred Bittler (Doudy); his former wife Mary Cunningham; and his brother George Walter Bittler. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Kilgore Bittler (Swanson); his children, Daniel K. Bittler, Jr. of Cleveland, OK, Dale Bittler of Austintown, OH, David Bittler of Westminster, MD, Michael Bittler of Cleveland, OK, Mark Bittler of Jamestown, NY and Marlene Manser of Mooresville, NC; and his sisters, Joan Cunningham and Carol Cook of High Springs, FL. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
