He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Scurry Talbert (Vonnie); and his children, Senora Stevenson of Sharon, PA, Sallie Talbert of Farrell, PA, Feance Talbert (Stacia) and Audra Talbert. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, his little buddy Ace. 5 brothers and 1 sister.
