He was predeceased by: his parents, Monnie Raynes (McDaniel) and Charles B. Raynes; and his wife Carolyn. He is survived by: his daughters, Constance Parker (William) of Greenville, PA, Lori Patterson (John) of Andover, OH and Vicki Morley (Dale) of Carlisle, PA; and his sisters, Modene Blocker and Marge Henson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
