He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Paul and Irene Belczyk. He is survived by: his wife Darla; his daughters, Jordan of Pittsburgh, Chelsea (Anthony Pappaterra) of Pittsburgh and Alexandra of Pittsburgh; and his grandsons, Judd Carl, James Anthony, Purl, Lenny, Lorne, Willie and Teensula.

In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's research.
