He is survived by: his parents, Wesley Paul Howard of Morris, OK and Sandra Jobe (Sanders); his significant other Lisa Wiesen; his children, Sandra Kathleen Howard of Tulsa, OK and Kevin Paul Howard of Okmulgee, OK; his brothers, Donald Jones (Sheri) and Mark Howard (Jennifer) of Beggs, OK; and his pet Franco. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
