She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy H. Deal (McCullough) and Homer Buxton; and her stepfather Harry Deal (late Harold A. Lewis). She is survived by: her husband Harold A. Lewis; her daughters, Ann I. Hofius (Tim) of Hermitage and Faith A. Lewis (Paul Zipay) of New Wilmington; her granddaughter Amber Zipay Hast (Dave); and her great grandchildren, Brianna of Sharpsville and Alexis Hast of Sharpsville.
As Betty was a life-long member of the First Presbyterian Church of Sharpsville the family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be sent to the church 603 Ridge Ave. Sharpsville, PA 16150.
