He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony P. LaScola Sr. and Edith LaScola (Brucker); his wife Donna L. LaScola (Williams-Evans); and his brothers, David and Thomas LaScola.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Dori Sferra (Thomas) of Greensburg, Dana Brown (David) of Grove City and Donald Evans (Andrea) of Cleveland; his brother James LaScola (Linda) of Meadville; his sisters-in-law, Linda Ciccone (Tony) of Dearborn, Mich and Sherry Kerr of Sharon; his grandchildren, Bryan Sferra (Missy) of Bellview, Deron Sferra (Natalie) of Cranberry Township, Tyler, Austin Evans of Cleveland, Zoe and Abbey Brown of Grove City; and his great grandchildren, Anna Margaret, Andrew and Jameson Sferra. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
