She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Yanak and Anne Mary Yanak (Yobe); her husband Donald Evans; her brother Emory Yanak; and her brother-in-law Ronald Evans.
She is survived by: her brother Rudolph "Joe" Yanak of Tionesta, PA; her stepchildren, Dori Sferra (Thomas) of Greensburg, PA, Dana Brown (David) and Donald E. Evans, Jr. (Andrea); her grandchildren, Bryan Sferra (Missy), Deron Sferra (Natalie), Tyler, Austin Evans, Zoe and Abby Brown; and her sister-in-law Sue Evans of Akron, OH.. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
