With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne Kudelko (Hermitage, Pennsylvania), born in Pulaski, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 1, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Trefun and Magdalena Chupak (Zubal); her husband Michael Kudelko; and her siblings, Mary Rawe, Lillian Hurchanik, Rose Wasson, John, Bill, Frank, Joe, George "Zeke" and Harry Chupak.
She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Amos (Bob), Jim Kudelko (Paula) and David Kudelko (Lucille); her grandchildren, Steven and Beth Anne Kudelko; and her sisters, Esther Chupak, Julie Chupak and Sophia Blanar. She is also survived by 24 nieces and nephews and 81 great and great great nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to St. John's Cemetery Fund, 3180 Morefield Rd., Hermitage, PA 16148.
