She was predeceased by: her parents, John Charles and Marian Frances Bell Fascewsky; and her brother John Rod. She is survived by: her husband Francis Joseph Olkowski; and her children, Sharon Olkowski Enright (John) of Gold Canyon, AZ and Richard Olkowski (Marti) of Bend, OR.
