He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hipkins and Ruby Hipkins (Bernard); his sister Viola Hasenplug (Maxine); and his daughter-in-law Candace Bischof Hipkins (Candy). He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his children, Larry Hipkins of Leesburg, FL and Patti Lapikas (Jim) of Sharpsville. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
