He is survived by: his sons, Nick Costa of Greensburg and Alex Costa of Herminie; and his sisters, Nancy Wiley of West Mifflin, Donna Fuller of Elrama, Mary Ann Zoller (Bob) of Pleasant Hills, Goldie Lorch (Ron) of Elrama and Debbie Piper (Terry) of White Oak. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
