He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine (Medved); and his son Frank M. Gradisek. He is survived by: his children, Karen Budd (Doug) and Vincent Gradisek (Beverly); his granddaughters, Elizabeth Ross (Justin) of Louisville and Sophie Budd of Louisville; his siblings, Francie Sinan of Herminie, Florence Gradisek of Herminie, Thomas Gradisek (Gina) of Herminie and Philip Gradisek of Herminie; and his nieces and nephews, Maury Sinan (Kathleen), Tommy Gradisek, Michael Gradisek and Pamela Gradisek Iannitto (John).
