He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo L. and Albina Bazzo Sr. (Gradisek); and his wife Susan M. "Suzi" Bazzo. He is survived by: his children, Justine Bazzo of Herminie, Blaize Bazzo (Missy Lancaster) of Rillton and Chaz Bazzo of Herminie; and his siblings, David Bazzo of Herminie, Carol Bazzo of Rillton and Jeanne Terzolino (Jeff) of Jeannette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
