He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathleen "Kathy" Moran Meissner; his children, James J. Meissner, Jr. and Christine Herbstritt (Jim); his granddaughters, Kathleen, Molly and Megan; his great grandchildren, Liam and Rylee; his siblings, Dot Wallace, Betty Baran, Jan Lilly and Jack Meissner; and also, Bernice Meissner, Tiffany, Raymond and Damian.
