She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert P. Carter; her parents, Joanne and Bousguet; her sons, Anthony Fox, Jason Laflamme and Christopher Laflamme; her grandchildren, Angela, Michaela, Elizabeth and Christopher, Jr.; and her siblings, Lila Candell (Michael), Robert Buckley, Michael Flagg, Ronald Flagg, Norman Buckley, David Flagg, Joseph Flagg and James Buckley. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the current pandemic restrictions, guests may be limited to small numbers of people in the funeral home at a time to pay brief respects to the family. Masks will be required for entry and please practice social distancing.
