He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick E. Culpepper and Encarnaćion Culpepper (Martinez); his son Allen Christopher; his brother Warren Allen; and his daughter-in-law Kit Culpepper (Mui).
He is survived by: his wife Emily Ann (Juan); his sister Estelle Gloria of Babylon, NY; his children, Diana Lynn of Henryville, Frederick Eugene III of Hamilton Township, NJ and Steven Matthew of Stroudsburg; his grandchildren, Kayla Michelle and Matthew Joseph; and his great grandchild Benjamin Allen.
