He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Novack and Helen Novack (Ace); his daughter Kathleen Novack; and his siblings, Edward Hallowood, Gerald Hallowood, Francis Hallowood, Ellen Teppee, Lawrence John Novack, Eugene Novack, Patricia Mims and Michael Novack.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Novack (Widdoss); and his siblings, Thomas Hallowood of Wapping Falls, James L. Novack of McMichaels, Fred Novack of Florida, William Novack of Rutherford, Jerry Novack of East Stroudsburg and Robert Novack of Madison Wisconsin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
