He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ostrowski (Kincaid); his daughters, Lori Reynolds and Mindy Rudy (Neil); and his siblings, Lawrence Ostrowski (Carole), Bernice Polasky and Stanley Ostrowski Jr. (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
