She was predeceased by: her husbands, Roy Ratliff of Hendersonville and Emil Smith of Hendersonville; and her parents, Winwright Adkins and Spicy Adkins of Pikeville, KY. She is survived by: her friend Becky Varnadore (Tony); her children, Timothy Ratliff (Wanita) of Aliquippa, PA, Thomas Ratliff (Laurie) of Pittsburgh, PA and Sheree Tedards (Buzz) of Greensboro, NC; her grandsons, Nathan and Nicholas Ratliff of Pittsburgh; and her sister Mattie Brown of Port Charlotte, FL..
