He is survived by: his parents, Harry S. Merwarth and Carol S. Merwarth (Baker) of Hellertown; his niece Trisha Merwarth; his nephew Todd J Merwarth Jr. of Hellertown; and his pet Tracey Kieffer of Lehighton. He is also survived by five children, several grandkids, a brother and four sisters.
