With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael L. Schneider of Hellertown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 3, 2025 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Cynthia A. Wagner (Swallow); his father-in-law Geoffrey C. Baer; his uncle Scott Schneider; his nieces, Brianna N. Baer and Abigail E. Kaufman; and his grandparents, Arnold, Shirlee Schneider and Gloria Swallow.
He is survived by: his wife Kristen M. Schneider (Baer); his father Brett L. Schneider of Hellertown; his children, Ava M. and Joel M.; his siblings, Jessica L. Handler (Justin J.), Mandi Hurlburt and Geoffrey Schneider; his mother-in-law Gail L. Baer (Vallone); his sister-in-law Jennifer L. Kaufman (Damien W.); his grandfather Arthur A. Swallow; and his nieces and nephews, Justin, Juliana, Jake Handler and Madalynn Kaufman.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alfred J. Fritchman Reservoir Park (3400 Reservoir Rd, Hellertown, PA 18055). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Historic Alfred J. Fritchman Reservoir Park (3400 Reservoir Rd, Hellertown, PA 18055).
The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, contributions be directed towards Michael's children to support their future education.
