With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Lee Hallman of Hellertown, Pennsylvania, born in Abington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 10, 2024 at the age of 65. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Karen Lee Hallman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Parrish and Loretta Nancy Parrish (Beckershoff); and her brother Wayne Parrish. She is survived by: her daughter Laura Hallman Baxter; her son-in-law Tyler Baxter (Evan Hallman); her grandchildren, Jack Baxter and Nola Baxter; her brother William Parrish; her sister-in-law Kathy Parrish; and her nephews, Robert and Ken Parrish.
In retirement, Karen continued her beloved quilting, creating masterpieces for as many people in her life as she could, and donating hundreds of sewn masks during the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly to children in foster care.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation or the National MS Society.
