He was predeceased by: his mother Sally Michno; his wife Shirley Michno; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Helen Nagy; and his daughter-in-law Kari Michno.
He is survived by: his father Leon Michno; his children, Suzanne Drake, Jill Lonergan, Jennifer O'Connor and Mark Michno; his sons-in-law, Kevin Drake, Kevin Lonergan and Brian O'Connor; his grandchildren, Maren, Braden Drake, Jake, Wade Lonergan, Mason and Reegan O'Connor; his sisters, MaryAnn Buckowski and Jeanette Pavan (Richard Pavan); and his sister-in-law Patricia Bondra.
