She was predeceased by: her husband John C. Mackow; her parents, Hermann Reuter and Katherina Reuter (Seibert); and her sisters, Auguste Jockel and Lieselotte Schneider.
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn M. Gold (Harvey I.) of Milford, NJ, Thomas J. Mackow (Nancy A.) of Green Lane and Erich R. Mackow (Joanne M.) of East Setauket, NY. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
