She was predeceased by: her husband Maynard H. Underkoffler; her parents, Elmer M. Derr and Annie M. Derr (Snyder); and her grandson Chad Underkoffler. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl M. Ruyak of Center Valley and Denis A. Underkoffler (Denise L.) of Center Valley; her grandchildren, Craig, Christopher, Todd Ruyak and Abby Diaz; and her great grandchildren, Calvin, Josie, Trent, Delaney, Zachary Ruyak, Guinevere Underkoffler, Monroe and Maizey Diaz.
