He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred M. Weaver; and his parents, Claude Weaver and Mabel Weaver (Snyder). He is survived by: his children, Cheryl D. Patterson (James L.) of Danielsville, Dale R. Weaver (Shari A.) of Quakertown and Robert L. Weaver (Anne M.) of Hellertown; and his brother Willard (Shirley) of Bethlehem. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to his church, 3233 Apples Church Road, Bethlehem, PA 18015.
