He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. Kepping and Maybert Kepping (Stratford); and his brothers, Harry, Donald and William Kepping.
He is survived by: his son Thomas Jr. (Michelle); his grandchildren, Kelcie and Jaxon; his sister Judy Horensky; his former spouse Stacey Zehner; his stepchild Kimberlie Brighthaupt (Robert); and his stepgrandson Bobby of Bloomsburg.
