He is survived by: his wife Carol (Puschauver); his children, Nicholas (Tonya Dale-Osadche) of Drums, PA, Lisa Castro (Raymond) of Colorado, Tanya Levandoski (Joseph) of Allentown, PA and Tristin Osadche of Hazleton; his grandchildren, Kyla, Mazzy Osadche, Anthony, Dominic Castro, Nathan, Austin and Aubrey Levandoski; and his brother Samuel Osadche (Virginia) of California.
