It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Brubaker of Hazleton, Pennsylvania, born in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 24, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, D. Owen Brubaker and Ruth Naomi Brubaker (Drake); his wife Joan L. Wurzel; his children, Carl Brubaker (King), Pamela Perron (Erie), Sharon Riffer (Courtney) and Thomas Brubaker (Dallas); his grandsons, Jacob Riffer and Will Perron; and his sisters, Linda Pflugrad (Alan) of Columbia, MD and Jan Zerfoss. He was also cherished by nephew, nieces and great-nieces.
