She was predeceased by: her parents, John Higgins and Phyllis Higgins (Derr); her husband Anthony "Andy" Cusatis; and her siblings, John Higgins and Jean Merenda.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Cusatis (Marylou), Jerry Cusatis, Kenny Cusatis (Sandy) and Linda Dolman; her grandchildren, Jessica, Amanda, Richard, Lindsay, Christine and Katie; her great grandchild Levi; her aunt June Evangelista; and her sister-in-law Theresa Plesh.
