It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Fuscsick of Hazleton, Pennsylvania, born in Harleigh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 9, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Yurek and Anna Yurek (Zipovsky); her husband Michael Fuscsick; and her sisters, Magdalene Yurek and Eleanor Yuhas.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Fuscsick (Lynn) of Lemoyne, PA and Julie Matteo of Hazleton, PA; her grandsons, Tony Matteo (Cristie) of Cranberry Twp, Jim Matteo (Kristin) of Skillman, NJ, Jack Matteo (Lee Ann) of Drums, PA and Dr. Adam Fuscsick (Tess); her great grandchildren, Avery, Caroline, Kyra, Cassidy, Connor, Madison and Brayden; and her siblings, Francis Yurek (Elaine) of Manakin Sabot, VA and Theodore Yurek (M. F.) of Hazleton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
