It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille A. Berish (Hazleton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Berish and A. Jean Berish (Walker); and her sister Lyla Jean Mercantino. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra (Stephen Yurkanin) and Sheryl (James Repischak); her grandchildren, Adam Yurkanin, Brittany, Rachel Coyle Repischak, Bryan and Sakura Repischak; and her great grandchildren, Reese and Olivia Coyle Repischak.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hazleton Animal Shelter, 101 North Poplar Street, Hazleton, PA 18201 or to the Hazleton Public Library 55 North Church Street, Hazleton, PA 18201 are welcomed by the family.
